It’s just seven weeks into running his own business, and Russell Bailey, managing director of R B Electrical (TGA) Ltd, is already enjoying the new freedom and flexibility it provides. Bailey loves travelling as a hobby, but had found the 60 to 65 thousand kilometres he was clocking up for his previous employer every year somewhat gruelling. Working up to 75 hours a week was definitely cramping his family time and lifestyle.

Electrical Company wins Supreme award
Laser Group certainly made its mark at the 2005 Westpac New Zealand Franchise Awards, held on November 12th at Sky City. The electrical company won the Westpac Franchise System Supreme Award and took out the Business Services category titles of best overall Franchise System and best overall Franchisee.
